Actor Lu Jingang can earn about 70,000 yuan (nearly $10,000) every month.
A Chinese actor named Lu Jingang pretended to be a poor beggar at a famous place in China. He has been acting for 12 years.
Lu acted so well that people thought he was really homeless. People gave him money and food.
Although Lu looks like a poor man struggling to survive, he is a talented actor.
He wears dirty clothes, has a sad face, and looks really needy.
Because of that, tourists felt sad for him and gave him a lot of money.
But in reality, Lu made a lot of money from this action.
He can earn about 70,000 yuan (nearly $10,000) every month.
This amount is much more than the income of most people in China.
He chose to do this job because he loves acting.
At first, his family didn’t like his job choice. But they changed their minds when they saw how much money he was making.
Many people on social media are jealous of Lu’s high salary. Some even joked about quitting their jobs to become beggars like him.
“I want to quit my job and go be a beggar,” someone commented.
But Lu warned people that acting like a beggar is not as easy as it seems. He’s been doing it for years. So he knows how to do it well.
