A small town in France has become famous online for having a strange crossroads line. People draw lines with white paint at random. This is to make the driver go slower.
This city is Bauné City. The town only has a population of about 1,700 people. Because this place is on two roads, many cars pass every day. Around 2,300 vehicles passed.
Some cars went very fast, even though the signs asked to go at 30 km/h. To make drivers slow down, the city came up with a funny idea.
They painted lines on the road that looked confusing and overlapping.
People see these strange line drawings on the internet and get confused.
Some people say that the line is nonsense. No vehicle can pass through it. Others argue that the city should use traffic lights instead.
