According to reports from Variety, "The Penguin" starring Colin Farrell, will resume filming after the SAG-AFTRA strike has been settled.
The report also says that production of the series will resume the week after Thanksgiving.
The Penguin was originally started in March 2023 and was predicted to be finished at the end of 2023.
However, the series was suspended in June during the writers' strike and actors' strike in Hollywood.
In this series, Colin Farrell will reprise the role of Oswald "The Penguin" Cobblepot after his stellar performance in "The Batman" in 2022.
Besides him, there are several other casts including Cristin Milioti, Rhenzy Feliz, Michael Kelly,and others.
The series will take place after the end of "The Batman" and will show the rise of Oswald Cobblepot aka The Penguin to power in Gotham's underworld and become one of Batman's most feared villains.
Even so, DC and Warner Bros. have not announced when the series will be completed and the schedule.
