He recently got into trouble in Rockwall, Texas.
The 32-year-old actor was arrested for taking a bag of chips from a store without paying. He was drunk when police found him near his hotel.
The cashier's store asked him to pay for the chips he took, but he did not respond well.
According to Marca, after he left the store, Rockwall police stopped him outside his hotel.

Not only being drunk, Mitchel Musso has other unresolved legal issues.
So now, he faces even more charges: public drunkenness, theft, not having a driver's license, and failing to comply with prior legal notices.
But Mitchel Musso was released after posting $1,000 bail. This wasn't the first time he had such trouble.
In October 2011, he was arrested in California for driving under the influence. At that time, he was 20 years old. That age is still underage to drink alcohol.
Because of that incident, he had to leave the show 'Pair of Kings.' His character was removed from the series.
