Margot Robbie, the famous Australian actress, is not only a "Barbie" actress but also acts as a producer of the film.
According to Variety, which got information from three sources, Robbie is expected to earn around $50 million (£39.4 million).
That includes her salary and bonus for the film's box office performance.
Through her production company LuckyChap Entertainment, Robbie contributed to the Barbie film's production. She founded the company with her husband, Tom Ackerley, in 2014.
This company has worked on other films, such as the 2020 films Birds of Prey and Promising Young Woman.
The Barbie movie, directed by Greta Gerwig, recently surpassed the milestone. They earned $1 billion in global box office revenue. It set the record for being the highest-grossing film directed by a woman.
In the last interview before Barbie's release on July 21, Margot Robbie said she had paid off her mother's mortgage.
That was after her appearance in the 2013 Martin Scorsese film The Wolf of Wall Street.
"She'd take money out of the house mortgage, lend me money, so I always knew I got to pay that back," the Barbie star said on CBS's Sunday Morning.
