A 38-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman use heavy tools to cut construction equipment shortcuts. They destroyed some of these ancient buildings.

They arrested a 38-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman from a nearby construction site.
These two people are suspected of widening the hole in the wall.
They had damaged the Ming Great Wall cultural relics.
The Great Wall of China was built and strengthened for over 1,800 years.
